- License is two-year; all-media, in perpetuity for all new works created during the two-year term.
- Footage may be used by license holder only.
- Footage may not be sublicensed.
- License is not transferrable.
- Payment: 50% of the license fee must be paid prior to delivery, with the remaining 50% due within 15 days of footage delivery.
